The Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró in Palma de Mallorca has announced an award for creating an educational project involving the visual arts to be carried out at the Fundació Pilar i Joan Miró in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands.Award: 6,000 euros (2,500 euros for the dsign and conception of the project and 3,500 euros for the creation and execution of the project at the foundation in Palma de Mallorca.
Objective: Proposed projects must promote and encourage greater interest in contemporary art amoung a specific sector of the public (teathers, children, young people, the elderly, handicapped, etc.) It can either be related to the Foundation's documentary and artistic resources or to any other aspect of contemporary creation. Proposals must take into account the foundation's infrastructure, organization and team in charge of educational affairs.
