Located in the Loiola District in the outskirts of San Sebastian, about 2 kms. from the city center, Arteleku occupies an industrial building and has been an art center since 1987. It also offers studios for rent. When applying for a studio, those interested must send their CV, a dossier about their work and a report on the project they wish to carry out, at the same time specifying the period during which they wish to rent it.

The rental fee is 42 euros a month, which include the free use of the centre’s workshops (with the exception of lithography workshop) and facilities.
People who take up a place working at Arteleku have to look for their own lodging and be able to cover other maintenance costs. The center, however, offers help to find housing.
